Return Policy

Generally returns are not a problem. Just send us an email that you need to return your order within 30 days of when the order was placed. Our guidelines are fairly simple. As you expected a new product when we shipped you your order, we expect that if you should return your order that it come back in the same condition it was in when sent to you.

Items returned without complete packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items determined to have been heavily used will be subject to a significantly higher restocking fee to be determined upon item inspection.
